The PALOMINO apartment is superbly located in the historic heart of Valencia, close to the bank of the Turia river garden, barely a minute’s walk from the Serranos Towers and walking distance to the historic sights. The apartment is also extremely well connected to the beaches via the tramline.
The apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family that wants to have the historic delights of the old town on its doorstep, or wants to explore the Turia river garden, The America’s Cup port, the City of Arts & Sciences, or the city’s fine beaches.
PALOMINO is very tastefully furnished and carefully equipped to ensure your stay will be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The apartment has an abundance of natural light in its large living / dining room throughout the day, and enjoys 3 exterior balconies.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, conventional oven and has microwave, toaster, kettle, cafeteria, and all the utensils and items necessary to be fully self sufficient. The apartment has central heating, instant hot water and air-conditioning installed. The bathroom contains a bath and a shower.
The principal bedroom contains a large double bed and plenty of wardrobe space, and there is a leather sofa in the living room which converts to sleep 2 people.
The apartment is very recently renovated, situated on the first floor of a traditional building with a lift. The building entrance contains a section of the original 11th century wall of the city.

Cancellation fee
Once the reservation is made:25% of the reservation will charged for cancellation of the reservation.
Between 1 week and 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the reservation will be charged.
Less than 1 week before arrival: 100% of the reservation will be charged.

No show fee
100% of the reservation will be charged.

Obligatory supplements
25% of the reservation fee will be charged to your credit card when the reservation is confirmed. The remaining 75% is payable apon arrival in cash.
One off cleaning fee of 40€ and returnable deposit of 200€ to be paid on arrival in cash.
RESERVATION REQUIRES CONFIRMATION FROM THE HOTEL.
