Cancellation fee
In low season= cancellations made until 7 days before check-in.
High season= 10 days before check-in

No show fee
If the hotel is advised 4 days in advance of the arrival date then a credit note will be given for an alternative date. Less than 4 days will be considered a No-Show

Obligatory supplements
New Year package will be a minimum of 5 days.
Christmas package will be a minimum of 3 days.
Carnival package will be a minimum of 5 days.
Bank holidays that occur on thursday, friday, saturday or monday and is high season.
We do not charge service tax, the reservations will be confirmed with a deposit.
