Vall d'Andorra has an iron-producing area between the 17th and 19th centuries. From all here, the Rossell farm is one of the testimonies of the Pyrenees.
The Rossell farm is among them anytime 1842 to 1846, despite a short period of inactivity, is maintained until the end of 1876. These dates converted into one of the last active farms in Andorra.
Avui, the Rossell farm is transformed into a center of interpretation to explain the processes of transformation of the iron mineral into ingots and the subsequent commercialization of the Catalan markets. A multimedia show and several audiovisuals introduce the visitor to the iron monastery. The treballs' suitability of the treball room offers the possibility of conecting the horn, the furnace, the malls and the treball conditions. Every month, the installations continue to function (from cops every day) to theirs in malls.
The Rossell Farm Interpretation Center also offers information to follow the route of the iron, to discover, among other places related to the iron monastery, the Casa d'Areny-Plandolit Museum, the English of Sant Martí from the Cortinada, the Llorts mine I followed the path of the mineral tragedies to the mines of the Meners' mine.
Today the Rossell Farming Center forms part of the iron route, which is included in the European industrial heritage.

From July 15 to September 15, open every day from 10 am to 7 pm.
The museum is open from 10 am to 2 pm: 20 d'abril / 7 de décembre
