Palmar Beach Lodge is an eco-lodge located on Red Frog Beach and in the tropical rainforest of Bocas del Toro. The rustic eco-lodge is fully solar powered with limited electricity, shared bathrooms, and cool temperature rainwater showers.
The property offers individual beds in private rooms and dormitories. Each private room has a lamp, fan, locker, and welcome kit. Other facilities include a restaurant, two on-site bars, shared lounge, yoga studio, massage table, beach chairs and umbrellas.
An array of activities can be enjoyed on-site or in the surroundings, including daily yoga, bonfires, snorkeling, sailing, zipline, volleyball, hiking, and diving.
Palmar Beach Lodge offers a free boat shuttle to and from town, twice daily.
