Known as the Cradle of the

Mates Burilado, the Community

Peasant woman from Cochas Grande, is

curiously smaller than

Cochas Chico. Like the

previous towns, is located

on the left bank of the river

Mantaro.

It is located 11 km. from the city of Huancayo

ATTRACTIVE

Among its attractions are

the Mirador de Achkamarca (Various

Peoples). The Cross of Peace, built

with remains of high towers
