Cvernovka is een vervallen voormalige fabriek nabij het centrum van Bratislava. De Tsjechische ontwikkelaar kocht de ruimte, wilde afbreken en nieuwe kantoren en appartementen bouwen. Vanwege de financiële crisis is de ruimte bewaard gebleven en is de huidige centrale hipster van Bratislava geworden. Cvernovka herbergt kunst-, ontwerp- en architectuurstudio's, creatieve bureaus, een galerij, organiseert evenementen.
