It is a beautiful place of 0.72 km2 of green areas. The Chica lagoon is elongated and is surrounded by wooded hills. The Municipal Spa, the Llacolén club and various nautical clubs that additionally offer food service have been located on its banks.
Located in the commune of San Pedro de la Paz, 4 kilometers southwest of Concepción.

By plane
Daily flights depart from Santiago at the Arturo Merino Benítez Airport. The duration of the flight is 1 hour.
By car
It can be reached from Chillán to the southwest by Route 5 South, it is 15 km., And then to the west by Route 152. In total there are 112 km. on asphalt road.
It can be reached from Los Angeles to the north by Route 5 south to the town of Cabrero and from there to the northwest. In total there are 130 km. on asphalt road.
By bus
Buses leave every 1 hour from the main terminals in Santiago, the trip takes 6 hours. From regions there are daily departures, you should check with the respective road terminals.
Here boga and other nautical sports are practiced. It is open all year round.
