The Plantin-Moretus Museum is a museum in Antwerp, Belgium, in honor of the famous printers Christoffel Plantijn and Jan Moretus. It is located in its former residence and printing plant, Plantin Press, on the Friday Market.

The printing house was founded in the 16th century by Christoffel Plantijn. After his death, the owner became his son-in-law, Jan Moretus.

In 1876 Edward Moretus sold the company to the city of Antwerp. A year later, the public could visit the living and printing area. In 2002 the museum was inscribed on the UNESCO website for its educational, scientific and cultural importance and from 2005 it was considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Plantin-Moretus Museum has an exceptional collection of typographic material. Not only is it one of the oldest graphic houses in the world with its matrices and machines, but it also has a vast library, a highly decorated interior and the entire archives of the Plantin plant, which was registered with UNESCO.
