Built in 1648 in the Antiquilla neighborhood, this convent has cloisters in the local viceregal style. One of them, rectangular and called Alcantarino, is the best preserved.

This convent has a library with 25,000 books, many of them from the 16th to the 18th centuries, as well as a picture gallery of the Cusco School of Painting.
